The community remains small with only 10 to 20 students per class. The teachers work more effectively because their work load is manageable and they develop healthy relationships with supervisors and with students.

Your child's program is personalized. There are standards to be met in each grade level, yes. However, each child is unique. Your child can work with materials that suit his level or her interests.

Still, there is group interaction all day long. There are small group and big group activities. There is a balance between mini-lectures, hands-on projects, writing, problem-solving, test-taking review classes, and actual tests.
